  • My package was marked as delivered but is nowhere to be seen.  What should I do?  We’ve noticed that sometimes a package will be marked as delivered a few days before it actually arrives. We recommend giving it a day or two to see if the package arrives. If it still doesn’t arrive let us know and we will figure out what happened. No matter what we will make sure you receive what you ordered!
  • Do you sell the Monk Manual in bulk? Yes, all of our bulk rates can be found here. If your order needs to be delivered to multiple addresses or you intend to purchase for retail purposes, please specify that with us and we’ll be happy to give additional information.
