Don’t annoy subscribers


Everybody hates it. Our email boxes are full of emails and sometimes we never reach Inbox 0.

So what’s the reason of continuing to send emails if users never open and click those?


Don’t do it. Stop sending to people who have the last open more than 1 or 2 months ago.

Don’t send too many emails in a short period of time, especially if before the holiday period you didn’t have a constant activity.

Users will feel bothered and will unsubscribe from your newsletters. Better only send based on their behaviour and interests. 


Make sure you include product recommendations inside the email, so the user will be more enticed to click.
